Shipping Details

We have the lowest shipping rate online! Our rates are as follows for most Canadian and USA addresses (rates are in CAD):

  • $14.95 flat rate*
  • FREE for orders over $300 before taxes**

*Purchases are shipped out of our brick and mortar store in Vaughan, ON. For Canadian orders, GST/HST and PST are applicable based on your province or territory. For US orders, international taxes, customs, and duties, if any, are paid by the customers to their post offices or couriers when they receive their orders.

**If the shipping rate exceeds the free shipping threshold you may be required to pay an additional shipping fee. We will always find the most economical and reliable shipping courier for you so that your order arrives safely.

We reserve the right to ship your order(s) in multiple shipments if your order(s) exceeds the dimensions of our shipping boxes. Flat-rate shipping fees apply to each additional shipment.

Shipping Outside of Canada and US

Unfortunately, due to licensing concerns, we are limiting our shipments to customers located in Canada and the US only. For the same reason, we will not ship to third-party addresses such as shipment forwarding companies.  If this changes, we will post an update with more information.

Shipping Insurance for Damages or Loss

Standard shipping options do not include shipping insurance. You may choose to purchase additional insurance on your own.

Please note that shipping carriers are responsible for damaged or lost packages. Since we have no control over how carriers handle your packages once leave our facility, we cannot be held responsible for damages or loss incurred during shipment.

Free Local Pickup

You are welcome to pick up online orders at our store in Vaughan, ON. To do so, please select “Pickup from store” for the Delivery Method at checkout. When your order is ready for pickup, we will send you a notification email with the pickup instructions.

Shipping of Pre-Order Item

Pre-orders work differently with in-stock purchases. Since we need to ship all your ordered items at the same time, if you place an order and it contains a Pre-Order it can ONLY be shipped or picked up when ALL of the items become available.

You CANNOT ship or pick up parts of an order. We recommended NOT TO place pre-orders in the same order with any in-stock item to prevent a longer wait time for your in-stock item to ship.

Each pre-order item will contain the estimated release date provided by our supplier. We will notify you by email once we receive all the pre-ordered items. If you choose shipping your order will be shipped out in 1-3 business days.*

*Please note the release date is only an estimation of its distribution date provided by the manufacturer and it is subject to delays or changes without notice. We are not notified in advance by the manufacturer if there are any delays or changes.
