We are open Tue-Sat from 11am – 7pm and Sun from 11am – 3pm. We are closed on Monday. Any changes can be found on the Contact Us page. You can also check our Google page to see our latest update on hours and closures.

Our online and in-store inventory are synced. If it shows sold-out online then we are most likely out of stock.

Feel free to tell us how we can help! We have so much more to offer than what we currently have room to carry. If there is something you would like to see us bring in, feel free to Contact Us and let us know about it! We can’t guarantee getting it right away, as we have no control over what is available in the market, but we will certainly try!

All of our products are 100% officially licensed. We love to show our support to the creators of these fun stories, series, and games. When you purchase bootlegged items, the money goes to unassociated third parties which are quite often illegal manufacturers. There is also the risk that the materials used to make the bootleg merchandise are dangerous, such as lead-based paints. As such, we refuse to purchase or sell bootlegged items.

We have the lowest shipping rate online! Our rates are as follows for most Canadian and USA addresses (rates are in CAD):

  • $14.95 flat rate
  • FREE for orders over $300 before taxes

If the shipping rate exceeds the free shipping threshold you may be required to pay an additional shipping fee. We will always find the most economical and reliable shipping courier for you so that your order arrives safely.

The expected delivery dates posted at checkout are rough estimates based on the Canada Post website.  Unfortunately, Canada Post estimates are not always exact and sometimes this leads to packages arriving later than expected.  We will always provide a tracking number when we have shipped your order out, so you will be able to keep track of your purchase.

Yes, you are welcome to pick up online orders at our store in Vaughan, ON. To do so, please select “Pickup from store” for the Delivery Method at checkout. When your order is ready for pickup, we will send you a notification email with the pickup instructions.

Unfortunately, due to licensing concerns, we are limiting our shipments to customers located in Canada and the US only. For the same reason, we will not ship to third-party addresses such as shipment forwarding companies.  If this changes, we will post an update with more information. 

We offer Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal as accepted payment for all orders. All of our transactions are settled in Canadian Dollars.

For in-stock orders, cancellation happens later than 24 hours after the order will incur a restocking fee of 3% of the item price to cover the costs of transaction fees from credit card companies.

For pre-orders, we do not accept cancellations. In the rare case that we cannot fulfill your order because the product was cancelled by the manufacturer then we will refund your pre-order. However, if the pre-order is delayed then we will not offer a refund since your pre-order will be fulfilled.

Unfortunately, we do not purchase or accept trades on any collections. There are online auction sites where you can list your collections. We hope that you are able to find a good home for your collection!
