Return Policy
- For online purchases, you may return unopened items within 14 days after receiving your order. You will also be responsible for the return shipping fees.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was received in. It must be in its original packaging, including all exterior shrink wrap (if applicable), and have no visible signs of wear or use.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- To return your product, you should mail your product to our Vaughan location. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When choosing a shipping method, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- For in store purchases, all sales are final. There will be no refund or return, and no exchange after leaving the store. We would recommend you to inspect the items before you leave. If the items are found defective after, please contact us and we will provide you with the information to contact the manufacturer for solutions or replacements.
Final Sale Items
Any items on sale, clearance, or marked final sale are considered final sale. All collectibles, exclusive or limited edition items are final sale. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
Cancellation Policy
For in-stock orders, cancellation happens later than 24 hours after the order will incur a restocking fee of 3% of the item price to cover the costs of transaction fees from credit card companies.
For pre-orders, we do not accept cancellations. In the rare case that we cannot fulfill your order because the product was cancelled by the manufacturer then we will refund your pre-order. However, if the pre-order is delayed then we will not offer a refund since your pre-order will be fulfilled.
